Educational and Peer-Based Mediation: We provide consultation and assistance in the establishment of peer-based
mediation/conflict resolution programs and curriculum in elementary, middle, high schools, and colleges. We are experienced
in the provision of mediation services under the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA)
[20 U.S.C.A. Sec. 1400 et seq., 34 C.F.R. 300.500 et seq].
